My name is Dean Morgan. I am a former Marine, former police officer, former prosecutor, former civil litigator and defense attorney. Since 1990, I have arrested, prosecuted, and defended thousands of people charged with DUI. I am now prepared to teach law enforcement officers, prosecutors, defense attorneys, and civil litigators the tools to best do their jobs.
With our courses, you will learn the protocols used to detain and arrest individuals charged with DUI. We will take you through the Vehicle in Motion, Personal Contact, Standardized Field Sobriety Tests (SFST), Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement (ARIDE), and Drug Recognition Expert (DRE) programs. We present our courses in an unbiased manner unless specifically identified for law enforcement, prosecutor, defense attorney and civil litigators.
